When implementing the eB2B Procurement of eB2B Auction in an average sized client (circa 20 employees) we give our them both of the systems ready to use during a period of approx. two weeks. They reflect the client's organisational structure, group/category assortments, static data of all suppliers as well as currently negotiated price levels.We make every effort to train all of the client's users as well as a super user within the appropriate amount of time. Once the application is being used by the client and the application's abilities are known, we gradually work with the client to make any required modifications. An appropriately balanced implementation helps to minimise the work effort and time, ensuring customer satisfaction  and the implementation of the relevant functionality in the first month of first contact.

We allow all of our clients to test the applications that we recommend without any commitment. The eB2B web applications do not require capital expenditure. The only hardware requirements are a workstation with the following minimum parameters: permanent internet access with a guaranteed bandwidth not less that 56kb/s as well as a PC or MAC meeting the following:  256MB Ram,  Intel III 1GHZ processor, MS Windows 98/2000/ XP/Vista/ 7 /MacOS X 10.4/Linux as well as a web browser such as IE7.0/Firefox/Mozilla/Chrome.
