The supplier certification scheme proposed by eB2B is made up of several stages. The process begins with the completion of a questionnaire by selected suppliers. The responses are subjected to an initial analysis based on which the client and eB2B carry out an audit of the selected suppliers at their operational headquarters (1-2days). The client begins quality testing upon signing the preliminary agreement, establishing the limit levels for the defined performance indicators and monitoring them over a 1-3 month period. The client and eB2B prepare a report together as well as any other pertinent documentation regarding supply timeliness and completeness as well as recommendations.
