• Participation in cyclical meetings with group members. Meetings are planned once per month and during the first meeting we establish the principles of membership, we choose a group leader and present the eB2B group administrator. The group meetings take place at the headquarters of the participating firms via rotation. Meeting minutes are always recorded and participants receive a summary, conclusions and initiatives via e-mail;
• Participation in quarterly symposia to which representatives of various groups of interest to the procurement group will be invited. These include representatives from the industry, universities, producers, distributors or importers who are in the position to independently and autonomously answer questions posed by the group. Questions submitted to the group coordinator in advance allow the group to become familiar with law, regulations or restrictions, profitability analysis, allow them to identify and differentiate quality products from mass imports;
• Integration meetings which offer participants the chance to exchange views and experiences regarding suppliers and producers, the ability to form direct contacts with other traders as well as to familiarise themselves with predictions and price levels;

• eB2B prepares a questionnaire for the group which can be used by members to become familiar with the supplier ratings of other members of the procurement group as well as to vote and express their own opinions;
• Implementation of the electronic auction as a permanent fixture in the group members' calendars. eB2B organises (at it's expense) and executes auctions for products/services common for the whole group. eB2B has successfully executed several hundred auctions thereby resulting in lower prices and a simultaneous increase in the quality of services/goods offered. As part of the membership fee, group members are granted access to the eB2B Auction system once per month for their individual needs, with full support from the group coordinator, who is able to correctly setup the system in order to achieve the expected results.
