eB2B Sales Online

The eB2B Sales Online application is dedicated to clients wishing to accelerate and simultaneously improve order processes between themselves and their customers. Thanks to eB2B online, key customers can place orders for our client’s goods and products themselves. The portal also has the option of selling to individual customers.

The www eB2B Sales on line’s functionality is contained within a series of modules and can include the following elements:

  • Orders can be placed online through the portal or can be uploaded through a file containing orders in .xls or .csv format.
  • Order forms can be edited by the client’s administrator (telephone orders can be easily input in to the system in order to ensure data is complete).
  • Optionally, customers placing an order have access to the client’s stock levels.
  • Optionally the application has the ability to block further orders when payments are in arrears with the ability to specify a payment deadline upon the prior approval of the client.
  • Customers can view the history and status of their orders.
  • Each customer can optionally see their individual price level and all the client’s products.
  • Rebates and promotions are defined individually for each counterpart per product category or per individual item for specified time periods (optional).
  • The ability to send important information to customers en masse.
  • The portal has an auction/sale module (for low turnover items or special offers)
  • The portal can be multi-language.

The application can be installed at the client’s location or on the safe and efficient B2B servers. The company offers additional administrator services. The application can be connected through EDI with the client’s ERP system and full data synchronization is available, such as: transfer of product indices, images, descriptions and attributes. The system, depending upon its construction, can also be used to calculate the commission payable to sales representatives.
