The eB2B Alt system is used for the distribution of contract database records as well as for logistics for documents relating to orders and settlement between the eB2B client and external call centres. The software provides the telemarketer with all of the information necessary in order to ensure their work on behalf of our client is efficient. The telemarketer can even check the stock levels of the products being sold. The application also has an inbuilt predictive dialler which allows for maximum time efficiency.
The telemarketer can place an order directly in the application which is then sent to the Back Office. The logistical aspect of the order fully reflects the needs of our clients in keeping with prevailing procedures and cooperates with the applications of external couriers. The order can be sent directly to the invoicing system. The application prepares commission settlement between the Call Centre and client's systems. The system works via a web browser (https:) is appropriately secured and created in accordance with GIODO (Polish personal data protection act regulator). It can run on any of the client's choice of server, providing that the server meets the relevant requirements.
